DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION

A  50% deposit is required to book specific appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, however, it can be transferred to your next appointment if it is rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

We understand that unforeseen factors may oblige you to miss an appointment, however, cancellations and “no shows” leave space in our schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations or 100% for not showing up.  Our system will send a text and/or email 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your attendance, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a last-minute cancellation and fees.

NO ADDITIONAL GUEST
Children under the age of 10 may be accompanied by a guardian.

APPOINTMENT ADJUSTMENT
Adjustments may be requested up to 48 hours following your appointment, regular fees will be applied for adjustment requests outside of this window.

LATE ARRIVAL
A grace period of 15 minutes is permitted for your appointment, a delay exceeding 20 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment or an additional fee of 25$ will be charged at the discretion of the stylist.
