Cancelation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we value your time as much as ours. We have a cancellation policy to ensure smooth operations accommodating all our clients.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly give us at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who might be eagerly waiting for an appointment.
In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations or 100% for not showing up. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it helps us maintain the quality of our services for all our valued clients.

Late arrivels
There is a 15-minute grace period for your appointment. If you are delayed for more than 20 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled. Alternatively, the stylist may charge an additional late fee of $25, at their discretion.
